Our Approach
The idea of architecture at this age is to develop spaces which are in accordance to the nature. Our approach is to fulfil the requirements with the use of most basic and powerful volumes. It is observed that good design is achieved with minimal use of elements. We keep it less always.
Our Story
Creation is a new project every time. It is always a risk to make something new and add something to the old experience. We experiment before execution. Prayogshala Manifesto started in December 2016 when We started experimenting and now after a good experience, We are adding experience to our experiments.
Akhil K. Sharma (Principal)
The team is lead by Ar. Akhil K. Sharma, who graduated in Bachelor’s of Architecture from Indo Global College of Architecture, Mohali in 2014.
His design philosophy is grounded in the belief that architecture is not just about building structures, but about shaping experiences. Every project led by Akhil reflects a deep understanding of space, light, materials, and the client’s unique lifestyle or brand identity.
As the principal architect, Akhil guides the team with a strong sense of purpose, blending artistic vision with technical expertise.

We are a close-knit team of architects, designers, and thinkers brought together by a shared curiosity and a drive to push boundaries. With diverse educational and professional backgrounds, our team thrives on collaboration and the exchange of ideas.
We don’t just design spaces—we shape experiences, provoke thought, and build with intention.
Nikhil Patyal (Lead Designer)
Ar. Nikhil handles the design, management and critical decisions to keep everything on track. He’s a graduate in Architecture from Sunderdeep College of Architecture, Ghaziabad in 2019.
Since joining the firm, he has taken charge of design development and project management. His ability to manage complex situations makes him a vital part of the team.
Mansi Sharma (Lead Designer)
Ar. Mansi takes care of all details in terms of design, management and co-ordination to keep everything precise. She’s a graduate in Architecture from Sunderdeep College of Architecture, Ghaziabad in 2021.
From concept to completion, Ar. Mansi ensures that no detail is overlooked—bringing structure to creativity and making sure every element aligns with the overall vision of the project.
Varsha Baghel (Lead Designer)
Varsha being an interior designer takes care of all interior related projects in details. She ensures that every space is not only beautiful but also thoughtfully curated to meet the client’s needs.
The team under her takes care of all the detailed drawings, 3D visualizations, and technical documentation. Her role goes beyond design— tracking project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met, and maintaining the quality and consistency of every stage from concept to execution.
Pankaj Kumar
Pankaj Kumar is a dedicated Architecture Draftsman with over one year of professional experience in the field of architectural design and documentation. He primarily specializes in preparing detailed working drawings, ensuring accuracy in plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
He has hands-on experience in MEP coordination, effectively integrating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services within architectural layouts to minimize on-site conflicts. He is also skilled in developing 3D models to support design visualization and presentations.
